Derek has been part of ISI for 10 years.  He was approached by one of his college professors who knew of a startup company that was looking to expand their tech support staff.  As there were a couple of job opportunities for him to choose from at the time, the Memphis location and the idea of getting in with a company at the ground level were the most appealing factors Derek considered when accepting the opportunity with ISI.  At ISI, Derek appreciates the satisfaction experienced when a job is completed and the customer is pleased with the outcome. He enjoys the variety of tasks within his daily routine and the space and trust provided for him to design and complete his job.  At his leisure, Derek enjoys spending time with family, travel and soccer.
