INTERACTIVE SOLUTIONS, INC. RECOGNIZED AS ONE OF SOUTHEAST’S FASTEST GROWING PRIVATE COMPANIES
Program Founded by Emory University and Innovations Publishing Honors Exceptional Privately-Held Companies

ATLANTA and Memphis, August 24, 2005—Interactive Solutions, Inc. today announced it has been selected to participate in the GBS Eagles program, an exclusive network of entrepreneurs, advisors and capital sources designed to promote successful business practices in the region. The GBS Eagles program was launched last year by the Center for Entrepreneurship and Corporate Growth (CECG) at Emory’s Goizueta Business School (GBS) and Innovations Publishing. The inaugural GBS Eagles Conference, which took place on May 11, 2005, is the Southeast's premier forum for discussing growth issues faced by emerging private companies. Emory’s Business School will host another GBS Eagles conference in November 2005.

"It is truly an honor to be named part of the inaugural class of GBS Eagles, honoring those companies that have demonstrated leadership and sustainable growth,” said Jay B. Myers, President and CEO, of Interactive Solutions, Inc. Mr. Myers attributes this award to the continued loyalty of ISI’s customers, strong support of the company’s business partners and tireless dedication of its employees.

In addition to being privately-held, companies which are named GBS Eagles must have:
Generated more than $3 million in revenue during the last twelve months; exhibited annual revenue growth in excess of 20 percent compounded over the past three years, or; experienced headcount growth in excess of 25 percent compounded over the past three years.

“The mission of the GBS Eagles program is to understand the critical issues a high-growth company faces throughout its business lifecycle and to identify the successful processes implemented to address these issues,” said Edward Hess, executive director of the CECG. “The companies recognized as GBS Eagles have realized incredible success in the face of these very issues. Their participation in the GBS Eagles program will provide other early-stage companies with valuable information to scale with high growth.”

Entrepreneur Humbled by Regional Chamber's Inaugural Wilson Award

As Jay Myers, founder and president of Interactive Solutions, Inc., (ISI), accepted the Memphis Regional Chamber's first annual Kemmons Wilson Emerging Business Award, he said, "Mission accomplished. We did our job."

At the ceremonies during the chamber's third annual chairman's inaugural luncheon, he gave his usual praise to his employees and, belatedly, to his wife.

He had one other unusual thank you.

"Eight years ago today, I got fired from my job," Myers said.

He then thanked his former employer, without naming him.

Before the ceremony, Myers said his firm had grown to 17 employees and should produce about $6 million in revenues this year.

He said he was more excited to receive the chamber recognition than having his company named to Inc. magazine's list of the 500 fastest-growing private companies in the United States for the second time in three years.

" Inc. is neat nationwide, but I'm one of 500 people," Myers said. "I'm the only one getting this (award).

"The community thing is very important to me and he is the biggest name in the entrepreneurial world," he said. "I'm really thrilled."
